Kung Pao Chicken (Harlz Healthier Version)

Ingredients
3 Lb Chicken Breast (cut into 1 inch pieces)
2 Bell Peppers (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 Yellow Onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
Handful Roasted Peanuts (crushed)
Chicken Marinade
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp Corn Starch
1/4 Tsp Sesame Oil
Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
Corn Starch Slurry
1 Tbsp Corn Starch + 2 Tbsp Cold Water
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and move to a medium mixing bowl
Pour marinade ingredients (see below) onto chicken, then mix well and rest while you prepare other ingredients
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp Corn Starch
1/4 Tsp Sesame Oil
Cut 2 bell peppers and 1 yellow onion into 1 inch pieces then set aside
Thinly slice 3 green onions and set aside with bell pepper and onion
Prepare sauce ingredients (see below) in a small bowl and mix well
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
Heat wok on high heat
Drizzle in olive oil, pour in chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until fully cooked
Remove chicken and place in a clean medium bowl
To Wok still on high heat add red pepper flakes and crushed garlic then cook for 1 minute
Add in prepared vegetables (below)
2 bell peppers cut into 1-inch slices
1 yellow onion cut into 1-inch slices
3 thinly sliced green onions
Cook for 5 minutes then add chicken back in along with crushed roasted peanuts
handful of crushed roasted peanuts
Mix all ingridients then add in the sauce and cook down for 5 minutes
