Ingredients
1 pack King’s Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
1 tbsp butter + Italian seasoning (for topping)
½ head iceberg lettuce (thin sliced)
½ yellow onion (thin sliced)
Meats & Cheese
4 slices each:
Genoa salami
Pepperoni
Ham
Mortadella
Provolone cheese
Hoagie Aioli
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup giardiniera (drained + chopped)
1 spoon hoagie spread
Sub Dressing
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic (grated)
½ tsp onion powder
Pinch red pepper flakes
Salt + pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Prep rolls
Slice rolls in half (keep them connected)
Brush tops with melted butter + Italian seasoning
Bake ~5 minutes until lightly golden
Make hoagie aioli
Mix mayo + giardiniera + hoagie spread
Make sub dressing
Whisk all dressing ingredients together
Dress the lettuce
Toss shredded lettuce with sub dressing
Assemble sliders
Spread aioli on bottom buns
Layer meats
Add provolone
Top with dressed lettuce + onions
Finish
Add top buns and serve
