Instructions
Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer, then mix to combine and cover with a damp towel for 10 minutes
Pour flour, salt, and grated garlic into the water mixture and mix with the dough attachment for 30 seconds
After the 30 seconds, pour olive oil into the dough mixture and mix/knead for 5 minutes
Grease a large bowl, put in the dough ball, then cover and let rise for 30 - 60 minutes
You are done with the rise once your dough has doubled in size!
Flour a clean surface, then put the dough ball onto the surface and cut it into 6 pieces
Form small dough balls and roll out into a circle (Naan-shaped circle :) )
Heat the skillet to a medium heat and grease it with olive oil
Cook Naan for 90 seconds on each side, then immediately paint with butter!
This Butter Garlic Naan recipe will make you do a little happy dance once you take a bite of the final product. It truly is lovely.
