4 Ingredient Artisan Bread (No Knead Recipe)
3 1/2 Cup Bread Flour
1 Tsp Instant Yeast
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 3/4 Cup Warm Water ( ~110 degrees)
Instructions:
Combine bread flour, instant yeast and kosher salt (*we call these the dry ingredients) in a large mixing bowl
Heat water to ~ 110 degrees then pour into the dry ingredients and combine with a wooden spoon
If you do not have a thermometer, heat water for 45 seconds in the microwave
the water should feel like a warm bath that you can float around in, but not burn yourself
Cover and let rise for about 6 hours or until it doubles in size
I will cover with plastic wrap, a warm damp towel in a warm, humid area if possible
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and put Dutch oven with the lid on into the oven and warm for 30 minutes
Using your hands or a rubber spatula, detach the dough from the bowl and fold the dough in on itself on the 4 sides, then roll out onto a piece of parchment paper that has been dusted with flour
Form your dough ball, then make an incision (not Excision, you wooks) with a sharp knife in the middle of the dough
Take the Dutch oven out, pick up the parchment paper with the dough on and CAREFULLY lower it into the Dutch oven, then put the lid back on.
Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on at 450
Take the lid off the Dutch oven and bake for another 15 minutes at 450
Let the bread rest on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes, and then it will be ready to eat!
Recipe Notes:
If you have been personally victimized by trying to make homemade bread in the past, this recipe is for you. It is by far the easiest bread recipe you will come across, and it might be the best-tasting one as well. There is no kneading required, no fancy stand mixer, no crazy ingredients, just yourself, a bowl, and a wooden spoon ready to take over the bread-baking scene.
**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DUTCH OVEN DOES NOT HAVE A PLASTIC KNOB ON THE LID AND THERE IS NOTHING INSIDE THE DUTCH OVEN WHILE PREHEATING.
Let's have some fun baking friends. Much Love : )

What would be flour measurement be in grams? I tried this with what google suggested (420g for 3.5 cups) which made this a 100% hydration dough. The dough was extremely sticky and I wasn't really able to form a dough ball with it, let alone score It. I still baked my dough blob and the flavor Is delicious! But it lacked the spring that yours in your video post has and it has a slightly gummy texture.
